How to know about the owner of any website on internet

There is internet service which stores information about all the websites on the internet. That service is ICANN storing all the information about a site and it's owner. You can find contact details, IP address, e-mails, location and creation date, any many more using this service. This service is now publicly available for free to everybody. So, if you want to know about any website and its owner then you can use this service, however you cant find information about little sites like google blogger sites and wordpress sites. 

I have tested this site and found really impressive information about some websites such as google.com, tutorialspoint.com, facebook.com, etc.
